Custom Seals & Strips (Extrusion)
We use advanced extrusion machines to push warm polymer through custom molds to create cords, tubes, and seals. This process is perfect for EPDM, silicone, and neoprene, ensuring smooth surfaces and exact sizes.
Our capabilities include:
- Multi-Channel Tubing: Perfect for hoses and tubes with multiple inner passages.
- Soft & Rigid Combinations: We can join soft, squeezy polymer with a stiff base in a single piece, perfect for car door seals.
- Even Baking: Continuous hot air and microwave baking ensure every inch of polymer is uniformly cured and durable.
Custom Molded Polymer Shapes
We shape polymer using high-heat presses and injection molds. Whether you need a simple seal, a custom polymer pad, or a complex polymer component, we press it into shape with precision.
Our tooling and manufacturing capabilities feature:
- Bonding Polymer to Metal: We can mold polymer directly onto metal parts (like steel or aluminum), creating an unbreakable grip.
- Liquid Silicone Molding: Ideal for making soft, flexible kitchen tools, baby bottle nipples, and clean medical parts.
- Super-Cold Cleaning: We freeze and tumble finished parts to cleanly snap off any excess polymer edges for a neat finish.
Smooth Polymer Sheeting & Rolls
When you need flat, uniform polymer, we feed it through high-pressure steel rollers to create continuous sheets as thin as paper. Then, we cure them so they are tough, flat, and ready to use.
Material configurations include:
- Tough Fabric Inserts: We can embed nylon or fiberglass mesh inside the polymer to prevent it from tearing under heavy stretching.
- Custom Textures: We can add ribbed, anti-slip, or smooth fabric patterns directly onto the surface of the sheets.
Our Testing Lab & Quality Checks
Our testing lab is where the magic happens. We mix, test, and tweak our custom polymer formulas to match your exact needs. We check every single batch before it leaves our factory so you get exactly what you expected.
Our standard laboratory testing includes:
- Stretch & Pull Testing: We stretch polymer samples to the limit to make sure they won't snap under tension.
- Hardness Checks: We test how soft or firm the polymer is to ensure it is just right for your project.
- Squish Recovery: We squish polymer under heavy heat and pressure to ensure it bounces back to its original shape.
- Liquid Exposure Tests: We soak polymer in oils and household chemicals to ensure it doesn't swell or break down.
